Doug joined Calfayan Construction in 2006. Like many talented carpenters, Doug opened his own business but soon found that in an effort to run his own company he was unable to enjoy the art of building. Doug is meticulously clean & organized which fits perfectly with our company mantras: ìsafety is no accidentî & ìprior planning prevents poor performanceî. His organizational skills have enabled him to successfully lead all of his jobs to finish on time & on budget. In 2007 Doug proudly earned his Certified Lead Carpenter certification. In his short time with us he has proved himself to be an important part of our success plan. He cares about the company and is motivated by pleasing our clients. Doug is a hard-working, talented lead carpenter who provides consistent top-notch results.
